  When I moved in there were things not working like our water heater, our sink was leaking, there were bugs everywhere, and the AC was not working. Maintenance would come and say things were fixed when they definitely weren't. On top that you don't receive your utility bill until like 3 months later and the expected you to pay it within 10 days. You might as well live somewhere else like Park West which has everything included and its way nicer.
